The face of the 20 Something Insurance, Agency Manager, and Licensed Agent is Emily Monson. As part of a generation of those on the go, Gen Z is not always in the know of the ins and outs of insurance.  Her background as a customer advocate translates well with her role at Chalyce McQueen Agency, where she caters to the needs of our customers ensuring they have the insurance protection they need and deserve.

Emily holds a P&C insurance designation here in the state of Arizona and will be expanding her skillset and designation with her life and health license in the near future. Emily brings a fresh interpretation on what it means to be insured and helps further emphasizes the tagline of 'Ensure to be Insured'.

Agency owner and connoisseur of all things financial, Chalyce is an expert in her field and gives the utmost care for her customers.  Chalyce is licensed in P&C , Life & Health in Arizona and Wyoming. She also is a registered representative of FINRA, with a series 6 and 63 designation. Chalyce opened her insurance agency, with the goal in mind of bridging the gap of unprotection across the valley. She takes an educational approach with her customers, so they can become smarter about their insurance and needs.  Chalyce's background in risk and portfolio management gives her the competitive edge and separates her from other insurance brokers, as she truly understands what risk and protection look like.

With the Farmers name comes many products including MetLife, Bristol West, and Foremost and we also operate as a brokerage.
